TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unplayd Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or enrolling in any Unplayd service or program ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase or enrolment.
Your purchase or enrolment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Nature of Our Services — Education, Not Therapy
Our services are educational. They are designed to provide parents and caregivers with knowledge, frameworks and practical tools informed by play therapy principles, neuroscience and child development research.
Our services are not:
- A therapeutic, psychological, or clinical intervention of any kind
- A substitute for individualised advice from a registered psychologist, therapist, paediatrician, or other qualified health or mental health professional
- Diagnostic in nature — they do not constitute a clinical assessment of any child or family situation
- A crisis support service
Participation in our services does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or professional duty-of-care relationship between the Participant and Unplayd.
The frameworks, tools and knowledge shared are provided for general educational purposes only. How a Participant chooses to apply this content within their family is entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.
If your child has complex needs, a clinical diagnosis, or you are managing a situation that requires specialised professional support, we strongly encourage you to seek that support in addition to or instead of our services.
